I am puzzled by negative reviews I have seen, as from the beginning Coretech have been very polite and professional. From Pauls initial survey where he willingly answered all of our questions with no "hardsell" approach, we had been clear that we had other Quotes. Before we signed he was very clear about the payment schedule, a 25% Deposit, 50%on Start of Work and balance when completed. All done as per schedule with no pressure. From Diane in the office, Paul for the on-site survey and Ashley and George who did the work everyone was very polite and professional throughout. In fact we were very impressed by the quiet, professional, and a rare display, of what good productivity actually looks like, something that is no so common these days. We are very happy with the finished product and it does show an good improvement in conservatory temperature already, even in freezing temperatures. My only other comment would be - give the teams a Henry Vacuum cleaner as it is more efficient that the time they spent with broom, brush and dustpan on completion. Mr & Mrs Penny

From the start to finish ive been impressed with the design and finish of a bespoke car port, the materials used are excellent and the structure is really strong, the weather the lads had to endure was just horrendous, but great job Ashley and George you done the boss and me proud

After initial confusion at office over our booking, this ended up being a great service, recommended by a friend who had already had it done. Phil and Mark AKA 'The Dream Team' were super efficient and really friendly. They have made an excellent job with the roof and it looks fantastic. The difference it has made is great, now a garden room rather than a conservatory. Much more even temperatures and therefore more 'useable' all year round. Thank you.

After paying the 25% deposit we were told that another 50% would be needed BEFORE they even started work. There was also contradictory info on the invoice that demanded full payment by a date that would have been before work started. We started looking into the company and didnt like what we were seeing. We contacted the company to cancel and thats where they started showing their true colours. They stopped responding to emails, when we called they didnt want to identify themselves and they became rude and unprofessional. We had to threaten legal action and even then they threatened to keep part of the deposit. Do your research before committing people!
