Called up AB Computers as the Power Button on my Tower wasn't working and wanted to change my Tower, I spoke to a Lovely Gentleman on the phone and had it all booked for the 19th of this month, Arrived Yesterday to hand the Tower over so they can move everything over to the new tower, I got a call in 5 hours to say it was done and was informed my CPU Fan wasn't working and Jack the Manager without Extra Cost put in another CPU Fan in for me Which is Grateful and didn't expect it, Jack was amazing and has recommended me to have a cooling system put in due to the tower not having a top open like before like my old one I would recommend this guy to anyone thanks for taking the stuff out of the other tower to the other tower in 5 hours & he only charged me 130

If I could leave zero stars I would, my dad and I took a home built pc into the shop for a simple ram repair- they kept the pc for 3 weeks, my brother is severely autistic and need the pc to cope with meltdowns when called about the pc they didnt pick up- when visiting said they hadnt had the chance to touch it but when my dad came to pick it up they said he couldnt because it was in pieces hours of arguing later they returned it fully in tact funny because it was meant to be in bits an hour before- the worker and the manager both incredibly rude to my father even went so far to call the police just because we wanted to pick the computer up- the police tried to reason and get them to give OUR property back they refused- lies, deception and general rudeness! AVOID AVOID AVOID! I cant stress this enough they should be shut down for malpractice its just embarrassing how they conduct their business.
