Waited 1and half hrs to then not get all the order phoned back will send it wen they can, only wen I said I want some refund if I didnt receive the rest in 15 mins did I get my order

Last time I will be ordering form Good Luck.
I ordered soon they opened so it wouldnt be that many orders and yet 2h to deliver and when I rang they left me on the phone waiting for almost 7minutes while checking with kitchen about my food and I had to hang up and now have been trying for the last 20min ring back and keeps constantly busy.
That is not a way to run a Busniss.
