I originally signed my contract agreement back in 2018 with a dealership in Kent, my car was due for refinancing of march last year, I had a plethora of issues with the Kent dealership, fast forward to now and a move to the local area, the refinancing was still not resolved. I contacted Pertwee & Back to try and resolve the issue. Tom Coller has been the person I've been dealing with, he's been fantastic. What took the original dealership over a year to try and resolve, Tom had buttoned out for me in a matter of weeks. Great communication from Tom and brilliant customer care. I could not recommend enough. Thanks for the help Tom!
