        Brought my Motability Car for annual service. The service was totally perfect. The courtesy car was the same model as my own. The receptionist moved my stuff between cars. I received a video to show what needed doing. I came back an hour eraly but the service was completed. I would certainly use them for my next car. 5 stars all around.

        Service department never answer the phone. Impossible to speak to anybody. Have tried and tried , all I ever get is an answer phone. Central booking dept useless as not based at dealership so not aware and advise they will get someone to ring, which never happens.

        My company had booked my van in for an MOT here but they forgot to book the hire van for me. I thought I would be stranded in Yarmouth whilst waiting unable to do my work, but the VERY helpful Dan managed to sort me out a last minute courtesy car! He kept me updated and made sure I was able to work over the next 2 days. Fantastic service!
