        Ordered a teacake, it came with flora already spread on it, I wasn't asked if I wanted flora or butter. I took it back and asked for another, a little later a member of staff came over and told me there were some orders ahead of mine and it would be a while, my company was eating there food so I said I would not wait, she refunded my money but the point is, my order was not right and I should not have been put to the back of other orders. Very disappointed with what seemed to be a cook wanting to be awkward. We will not bother eating again. Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy for wheelchairs
