I and my family came here and had the Full English Breakfast, the Chicken Pie with Gravy and the Cheeseburger with Chips. I'll start off with the good things, of which there aren't many: The cheeseburger was fine and was fully consumed (if not stodgy) the sausages in the full English breakfast had a great taste and the chips were a good quality. Now onto the bad things. Service was poor. We were missing a fork and it took the waitress more than 15 minutes to return with one after informing us she was "on it". It wasn't busy in there either. Our food arrived before the fork. After attempting to get hold of someone but only being ignored, we searched ourselves and found one. Hygiene was sub par - the cutlery still had stains from previous meals and obviously wasn't cleaned well enough. I found gristle in my sausages, oil creating pools in the bacon, an absurd amount of fat on my two rashers of bacon (pictured below) which was already rock hard and an uncooked egg which could have resulted in a lot of discomfort if I had eaten it. The full English was supposed to come with butter for the toast, but there was none there. The chicken pie with gravy really should be renamed to the chicken pie with water - the consistency of the gravy (pictured below) which dripped off the pie immediately. The menu is severely reduced to only the things they sell in the store and is very limited. In the interests of hygiene, quality and enjoyment, please go somewhere else. Please.
