        After experiencing a really stressful visit to a different branch , the Great Yarmouth branch turned it all around . Amy was polite empathetic and very efficient . I will be using the Great Yarmouth branch again and will definitely be keeping my business with nationwide thanks to the great service at Yarmouth. I cannot praise Amy enough with what was the best customer service Ive ever had at a bank
