Anglian Resin Drives

I have tried numerous times to contact robert, always leaving a message. Has the company dissolved? would appreciate a call back

I paid 2650 to this company on 14/07/2020. A few months ago i noticed that the resin was breaking up in two areas along the metal strip. I've tried making contact but, like all the other reviewers on here, no luck at all. 10 year warranty might as well be ripped up.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Rob can talk the talk to get the job but once he gets your money he dont want to know,he never answers his phone 10 year guarantee worth nothing,Tim Morton if you see this message please get in touch with me,we can fight this together

Rob won the business based on his previous work and he did complete the work. I'm not sure if it is his fault as I am not an expert in this field but the drive is suffering from serious fading and is breaking up in a couple of places. It has also suffered from pooling from day 1. Rob did come out and attempt a solution which hasn't worked. We have now been trying to contact Rob for weeks and he has chosen not to respond. We have been left with no option but to take action. Rob if you read this then if you resolve the issue then I will amend this review * Update he has now taken his website down and blocked me from his facebook page*

Robert doesnt answer emails or Phone once he has taken your money. I had my drive done May 2019. Never received any insurance guarantee that Robert tells you that you get and he advertises this on his website. I have sent numerous emails and left countless messages for Robert to call me back but to no avail. I would not recommend this company as they dont seem to care about any problems encounter after payment has been received. No after sales care at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
