We stayed here last year and was very disappointed with the guesthouse. It was in dire need of an upgrade. The stairs were very unsafe. Our room was grubby. The bunk bed was falling to bits and my grandson found someone elses clothes shoved down the side of the bed. The owners were friendly, perhaps a bit too friendly as they stood and watched and talked all the way through us eating our breakfast, which i found very off putting. We hired a mini fridge for 5 for 4 nights. We came back from a day in Yarmouth to find the owner had switched it off.. i have no idea why! The final straw was the owner moaning about leaving the toilet light on. My 5yr old grandson couldnt reach the switch to turn it on. Never again

I love it as it's right near the front and also not far from the market. Lovely and friendly people who work there. My sister Sharon and her partner friend Bob. Lovely bedrooms and breakfasts. I would recommend my family or friends to go there and give it a try.
