Well Bradwell - Millwood Surgery

I was unable to award minus but if I could I would I cannot emphasise enough how bad the service and attitude is in this chemist The lady on the till is slow and over worked and loves to chat to all her regulars irrelevant of the people lining up at the door The attitude absolutely stinks and they cannot accept responsibility for anything preferring to blame others.. it took me 7 weeks to arrange delivery and they still got the wrong address which was a nightmare as the delivery driver cannot find her bum from her elbow Avoid avoid avoid Use another if you want a decent service these lot couldn't spell the word Absolutely disgusting way to do business

Very rude and unhelpful staff telling a 78 patient to find a pharmacy that has a item in stock no help what do ever

Poor service- waited for my item to be in stock, then item was returned As not collected in time- despite informing them I was going on holiday and was assured it would be available to collect on return. I would have asked a friend to collect otherwise! Clearly a training need around how long items are held for. Visited twice for Stop smoking items, each visit frustrates me and makes Me want to smoke!

Some of the Staff are rude ignorant and shout out across the shop your medication ..if I wanted the whole shop to know my private life I would do it myself pharmacist is always helpfull
