        prices in the self not same like in the till. I realise that just when I double chek recive at home! first time I was in this shop and definaly last one!

        Disrespectfull assistant, states 5 people due to covid allowed inside, was told to wait outside even thought there was only assistant and one customer inside, which os a joke for the size of a shop and us together with 5 other customers standing outside waiting while they're having a chat. No please, sorry, thanks or goodbye.

        Worst experience ever. No help offered on entering the shop, no help offered looking for hair dye that I need. I've been searching for a while alone and nobody even came to ask me what I'm looking for. Even though I was the only customer in the shop. When I got to the till I expressed concern that I may not have enough developer or it may not be the right one. No reaction from lady behind the till. I'm shocked with complete zero customer service in this place. Oh and prices are different than shown on the shelves, they charge you way more at the till. Don't waste your time and money, any online shop would do a better job. P.S. I was a customer of Salon Services while living in London for few years. Those guys were amazing. On my first visit I was approached with a smile and real interest to help me find what I need. I decided to go blond and they helped me with everything - what to buy, what process and products would be best for me and how to maintain. I knew staff by names, was coming back every month and always got great advice. No hidden prices and plus I had a discount card. Excellent customer service. Nothing like this place in Great Yarmouth
