It's a Greggs. You know what you are getting. Some staff need some customer training! There is a young female here who mumbles, it's so hard to hear her especially with all the silly covid barriers Still in place AND when you ask her to repeat or talk louder she frowns or raises her eyes . It was hard to communicate with her. We didn't even bother completing our order as she just didn't want to know.

Miserable and an absolute attitude. Never asked if had app, and a look like thunder because I wanted to use the app. Feel like not going in my local store again. Not impressed.
