IDasbetos is one of the most pleasant and efficient companies I have worked with. First of all, I felt the reassurance of a friendly and competent investigator (Roy) who explained the process of asbestos detection to me. On the important day of removal, operative Dan (ex-army engineer) showed me all the ultra-safety measures he had installed in place. It took Dan much longer than expected to remove the affected ceiling of a complicated multi-level ensuite bathroom of my 300-year-old house but he did it patiently and meticulously. The office staff Victoria and Jess made the whole process easy and 'less scary' with their warm, prompt and full communications. I recommended this family-owned company wholeheartedly! From first contact to receiving the invoice, the service has been excellent. Friendly, happy and hard working staff who are professional and knowledgeable. The price quoted could not be beaten by other local companies.

We've just used ID Asbestos to remove the final room's worth of asbestos-containing floor tiles from our 1960s bungalow, having had them come in to clear other rooms for us twice before, as well as test various bits of the house for asbestos. Each time the company's been here, we've been impressed at the team's commitment to doing the job properly, which has been reassuring. It's clear they know what they're doing, and take the work seriously there's obviously a pride in helping keep people safe. All the workmen have also been polite, friendly and good at explaining what they're going to do/have done, and office staff are always friendly and helpful. I have also noted and appreciated the lack of attempts to capitalise on the anxiety the word 'asbestos' might cause there's been no hard-selling. I would definitely recommend ID Asbestos to friends and family.
