        We had this chap come out in April 2021 to look at our house and draw up plans for an extension. After needing a reminder from my wife to come out (he initially forgot), he did come out to survey our house. It's now September 2021 and we never heard anything back from him. This rating is for his communication and not necessarily his architecture skills. We have since gone in a different direction. Not charged for anything but Disappointed nonetheless.
