I have been a residential customer for many years and have always been delighted with their products which are well made and look great. Their customer service is fantastic and recently supplied me free of charge with some replacement parts for my parasol rather than having to order a completely new parasol

We have been a customer of Morton Parasols for the last ten years and the quality of their products cannot be surpassed. We run a very large luxurious rental villa in Provence and even though we get very high winds with the mistral the parasols have remained intact throughout all these years. They are of excellent quality, built to last and on the odd occasion we have needed to make minor repairs, due to human error (rentals leaving the parasols open in gusts of 100km!) the guys at Morton could not have been more helpful and efficient. We went through a lot of expensive parasols until we found Morton Parasols, they have saved us a fortune and the huge inconvenience of replacing broken parasols each season. We have the Malaga 3m cantilever parasols and guests always comment how stylish they look as well.
