Ive been using this Groomers now for13 years. First met with my collie. Then with my unusual breed a border collie/Tibetan terrier. Ali stepped up to the challenge as we were not quite sure what the coat would be. She is a excellent groomer. Very knowledgeable on breeds, loves dogs more then people I think . I have never been worried leaving my dogs with her. She cleans teeth, clips her nails. I also love the smell of shampoo. Will not use anyone else. Highly recommended

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ..rude, harsh mean attitude,moans about other customers behind their backs! NOT PROFESSIONAL My dog has only ever been to this groomer for the last five years as I have always been pleased with her service and I am a loyal customer until tonight. I feel embarrassed that I have previously recommended her to friends and family, some of which have gone elsewhere because of her attitude and I can now see why. I never cancelled my up and coming appointment, which has been booked since 1st April I just asked if I could shift the time as another commitment had arisen that clashed.Once she told me she had nothing until Friday 4th Nov due to her holidays,I then bent over backwards to move my other appointment only to be told by Ali within 12 hours she had given it to somebody else. No msg to me to say what she had done. I NEVER CANCELLED this appointment. Her rude inappropriate response was. Really sorry I have now given that appointment to someone else. The appointment is not available as you did not inform me you were trying to re arrange your day. I feel you are pressuring me into doing something which I cannot do. The number of calls and messages you have sent in the last hour is very unfair while I am working on other customers dogs. As a result I think the best thing is for you to find a groomer nearer you with more availability. I am sorry this has happened, but i don't think I can help you any further. Ali My reply Ali is.pick up your phone inform me you will speak later and I will go away, the many lengthy text you sent in response to my calls and time spent listening to my messages OBVIOUSLY meant that if as you say you were working on a dog you were not giving them your full attention! Absolutely appalling customer service, no loyalty, harsh attitude. I am now left wondering how kind she had been to my dog that I trusted her with for so many visits. Luckily I have another groomer who looks after my other dogs, she is outstanding and absolutely professional.
