TP's Chimneys

Not a great start. Rang the office number which I got from their website expecting to be able to leave a voicemail as it was early evening.... a lady picked up and bluntly told me to ring back in the morning and pretty much hung up on me. Most businesses would have politely taken my details and rang ME back the following day. Very poor. Youve just lost yourself a serious amount of work and money. Im no expert but my advice would be to get yourself some advice on customer service!

Two employees in a white Fiesta BF63 EGX couldn't be bothered to wait in the queue at the BP service station. Instead thy drove ALONG THE PAVEMENT next to the bustop, in through the petrol forecourt EXIT and parked in the only diabled space, despite there being many other vacant spaces. All for a coffee and a snack. If that's the respect they show for safety and for other people then it's a big warning not to use this firm. Were company ethics well promoted amongst staff this wouldn't have happened.

Awesome, outstanding service always from these lovely people I have used the continuously for years. Tims work is always carried out quickly to the highest standards. I can not recommend TP Chimneys enough. Every year I get a booking reminder text and Helen follows this up with a call. Always polite efficient service. If Carsberg made Chimney companies...this would be it
