        In the small amount of time that I have been practising yoga by going to her classes, both in person at fantastic outdoor peaceful areas such as local beaches and parks and online lessons via Zoom, I felt that this has changed my quality of life physically by helping me build better balance and overall strength and also improve my mental health. I could not recommend this service any more! Thank you!

        Lovely and welcoming for all people. Very good teacher is a very good children's teacher and does amazing crystal healing classes. It definitely has an amazing effect on you after the class. If feels like you've been enlightened!

        I do the Ashtanga class on a Thursday and Stacey really helps you to push yourself to get the most from the class. After the mediation 'warm down' (I forget the actual name!), I always leave on a cloud! Great teacher, welcoming and warm, and a nice peaceful venue.

        Stacey is a wonderful instructor and really knows her practice. I recently tried the Crystal Healing Yoga class, which was completely new to me and I loved it! It was interesting to learn and move through each of the chakras, and it was very relaxing. Really looking forward to my next class!
