        Who is responsible for cutting the grass verges', plus the up keep of the hedgerows,If it is divided up between all plots who works out how much each pays ie small plot small price ,large plot large price. if you decided to maintain the grass verge out side your plot do you still have to pay????????????. And who monitors that the work is done to an acceptable standard. Or is it like the wild west cowboys. Apart from that estate looks a very nice place to live.
