Ice Cool Refrigeration and air conditioning

I called Ice Cool Refrigeration to book a repair for my fridge freezer. The guy gave some advice over the phone for us to try first, to save on a labour charge and after following the advice it is now in working order. Thank you for your help, its greatly appreciated

Our Samsung fridge freezer was broken and when calling the company, explained the situation of our fridge of not cooling but power is on. The man came over and said it is running fine and we said no, after a day it will sop cooling, we had this problem multiple times. He then said it is the condenser fan and told us to buy it off e spares and replace it ourselves as it is easy job. We did that but still have the same problem and we called him up to come and look at it and he said he cannot and said oh it might be the fridge itself then. I don't know how to fix it. worst experience of my life and wasting my 35 quid for his bad judgement and inexperience.
