I have bought many items from here over the years, mainly when they were still based in Ulting. However, since their move to Maldon, I purchased 4 Bison leather dining chairs (80 each) a couple of years ago that have a major design fault , in that the back and back legs are one piece, and the seat and front legs are another part, the chairs are of an 'open' leg design with no stringers connecting the back legs to the front legs and with normal use (we are both elderly people) all four chairs have come apart because the seat and front legs are merely glued to the back. I am told by Terajola that the company who made them have gone into liquidation, and that even had they not, after two years they would not be taking responsibility. Needless to say that I am not happy with this purchase and won't be buying furniture from Terajola again.
