Wood Lodge Cottage Hot Tub Self-Catering

Me and my other half spent 3 nights here . Lovely place tucked away very private very relaxing and you could honestly be anywhere in the world we found it perfect for we wanted . The host couldn't do enough for you . The studio was very cozy and clean . The cupboards well stocked which was a lovely surprise. Milk, tea, coffee ,bread even sausages and bacon in the fridge . Overall struggling to find any down points and would most certainly visit again

Wood Lodge is an absolute gem. The house itself is beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. From shower gel, bathrobes, towels and slippers to a fully stocked kitchen cupboard with jams and so much more. There were even croissants and bottles of Prosecco on arrival! The garden is beautiful and we were so lucky with the weather. We were able to take full advantage of the hot tub, barbecue and the badminton. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations and excellent communication regarding the house and directions. I cannot recommend this host and Wood Lodge enough. The most perfect stay!! Poppy really did go out of her way to make sure we had a relaxing stay at Wood Lodge. We arrived to see she thoughtfully filled our kitchen with food such as bread, milk, bacon, sausages, jam, porridge and eggs (from her hens that are roaming the grounds free-range) The Hot Tub was a great size and really powerful, it was the most amazing weekend me and my parter had in a long time, we cannot wait to return.

Our stay here was short but wonderful, The Studio was furnished very well, clean and spacious for 2 people quite comfortably, didn't expect so much food for us which was a lovely surprise. The grounds are really beautiful and looks like there are plenty of walks around. The hot tub was amazing nice and relaxing, romantic and plenty of bubbles. Host was very kind and lovely person and want to return in the near future.
