        I called ECS following an accident that resulted in tar getting on our brand new carpet. I am so delighted that ECS managed to get the stains out completely and even sprayed my staircase and landing with protection spray. Professional, prompt and done a brilliant job. Will definitely use ECS services again and recommend them to others.

        Christmas, mince pies and a thieving spaniel required an emergency visit from Paul to remove a doggy mess from our bedroom carpet, which was only 3 weeks old. I cant thank Paul enough, he saved the carpet - all evidence of nastiness removed - and my sanity. He was punctual, friendly, professional, tidy and very nice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul 100%. Thank you Paul. Service: Pet stain & odor removal
