Great local but Hours now 8 am to 10 am Mon to Fri except closed Wednesday, SAT open 8 am to 12 NOON

I give the sorting office as they are very good I don't know if any one else has had this problem but whoever the post person who delivered to Torrington, Hatchmoor Estate was, he delivered a envelope to me which clearly said on it DO NOT BEND on it and what did the post person do ? Yes of course you're right I expect they bent it completely in half, I'm not amused as it was from one of my friends and they spoiled it completely, I'm not amused at all, I think that post person deserves no stars at all just a How would they like it if it was theirs !!!

Every time I go lately the office is shut. First with no signage to say when they do actually open and now hours outside that are completely different than those on the post office app and google. Another wasted journey when trying not to go out!

The Royal Mail staff at Great Torrington are fantastic, always helpful and friendly. In fact they often go out of their way to help. I have an internet based company so they are very important and GT staff are wonderful in helping us to do our job.
