Anna Squire Physiotherapy

I went to see Anna Squire with a very painful ankle - she diagnosed Tibialis Posterior Tendinopathy, explained very clearly (and sketched) the exercises to be done - advised me to avoid activities that aggravate it, use ice in the evening to relieve the swelling, and avoid walking unless using a stick for balance. After 4 weeks of following her advice I am back to walking without a stick, coming off the painkillers, and slowly extending my dog walk. Not only has her treatment been highly effective but I found her a very understanding and empathic professional Her approach to this appointment was very thorough and comprehensive before examination and diagnosis. Thanks to her advice and treatment the much touted 6-8 weeks recopvery time for this type of injury has been significantly reduced. I will definitely call/visit her again if I have any more muscular/skeletal problems

Anna is delightful at hurting you but in a good way she has really helped me with my back. The exercises she gives you to do are appropriate for the problem and all in all very pleased and will be back if anything else happens in the future, thank you Anna.

When I first saw Anna I was in a great deal of pain as a result of a back injury. After the initial consultation and treatment I came away feeling much better and happy that I was on the road to recovery. Anna is extremely professional and knowledgeable and after the second treatment I have noticed a great improvement in my condition and the pain has improved greatly. I have no hesitation in recommending Anna to anyone.

Thank you Anna I havent been to a physiotherapist before and didnt know what to expect, So pleased you put me at ease immediately. Explained what was needed and worked on my back and shoulders. I now also have a number of exercises which I enjoy doing regularly and I now have a spring back in my step. Thank you again for your help, Will not hesitate to recommend you services.
