I booked a Sushi making class for my 14 year old daughter because she adores it but we have no idea how to make it! My daughter was quite nervous about the lesson but Tineke made us both feel very welcome and relaxed from the second we walked through the door! She has a wonderfully jolly and fun approach to teaching and my daughter felt at ease and really came out of her shell! They spent the whole morning making absolutely delicious sushi and we were given the opportunity to sit and eat at the table throughout the morning to sample and enjoy the food, which Tineke beautifully organised with condiments and little extras, even chop sticks! We were munching on the food they were making throughout the morning and left with big smiles and full tummys! We left with a lot of food to take home plus extras too! My daughter has learnt so many skills this morning and Tineke made her feel so proud of herself and really praised and encouraged her throughout the whole morning, I think we couldve continued for hours longer! Tineke is a master at what she does, both cooking and teaching and we cant wait to come back and learn (and eat!) more!
