spoke to them about machines and got prices. Agreed to produce a sample item to show me the machines ability and finish of the metal I want to work on. Sent in a metal block and USB with an artwork (cut path) Never heard anything back. Tried contacting a few times but not been able to get through or had a response. Finally got a response through the Instagram page after a public comment, they advised that they would get my sample made up in the next week.........i am again disappointed having had 4 more weeks passed having received nothing. (Total timeframe- 4 months) This is not a company i will be spending money with

I can only assume that they are no longer trading, same experience, multiple points of enquiry and no response

As I was very interested in a cnc router advertised on their website, I tried to enquire with this company but I haven't got the chance to talk to anyone at the firm. It seems that everyone is so busy that they cannot event pickup the phone. Their call-center always gives you the same answer: they will call you back, asap! It's been almost 2 months now, a complete waste of time
