        Recently they installed contactless payment system and it's not working properly. When I used the drier, it doesn't give the time which I selected but charged. There is no way to contact them for the grievance.

        They now have things on some of the machines so you can pay by card, amazing, although it would be better if all had this option, you can still use cash of course.

        In my view launderettes are becoming few and far between. Whislt I do most of my laundry at home I don't own a tumble dryer. Occasionally I have some items that require quick drying in order to keep them soft and fluffy. This place did not disappoint. I didn't have to wait as there were plenty of machines spare. I also felt very happy to leave my load tumbling whilst I mooched around the town. My only suggestion would be to either install a change machine or convert the machines to contactless. Will definitely be back.
