Dont be deceived in thinking Archie is young and therefore less experienced. He is one of the best builders I have ever come across. He totally transformed my attic space into a light airy bedroom and owned the project from start to finish, from insulation, plastering, fitting velux windows, to joinery, electrics and heating. Amazing value for money, kept me fully up to date at all times and really cared about the end result. Goes without saying, Ive already booked him for other renovations. Thanks Archie!

Archie Smithson carried out the re-pointing of interior stone walls using lime mortar and laying of irregular sandstone flooring with lime mortar joints. The end result was excellent, the finished walls and floor look amazing, the finish is of a very high standard. Archie did not do anything without discussing it with us first to make sure that we were happy for him to proceed, explaining the process of each step and what the end result would look like. His workmanship and attention to detail is of a very high standard. Both he and Charlie were very polite, friendly and tidied up each day.
