I ordered over 300 worth of internal door handles online on 10/12/22. The items were showing as in stock and I expected delivery fairly soon thereafter. I was then contacted by Katie to say the handles were out of stock, but that I could always pay an extra 3 per pack to have other similar handles delivered if I couldnt wait. I asked what the delivery date would be for the original items, to be told definitely 09/01/23. Again, I was told I could pay extra to have similar handles delivered sooner. I wrote back suggesting they provide me with the +3 handles, at no extra charge, as Id been waiting so long already - significantly, that email to them, sent a week ago, still remains unanswered. 6 weeks after placing the original order and still nothing. I'm still waiting. I am really not impressed all, particularly as they have similar handles in stock which could have been sent out to me weeks ago.

A lovely chap on the phone went out of his way to solve my problem. I wanted to find a lift to lock sash lock that worked with a smart lock handle I was buying and after understanding what I needed he took my number and went away, researched and found the sash lock I needed.
