KWD Chartered Surveyors

We arranged for a Level 3 survey for a Grade II Listed property which my husband and I were seeking to purchase. Having obtained a number of quotes from local surveyors, KWD seemed the most reasonable. The survey was assigned to Amelia Walker. The report issued was thorough, timely and of a very high standard. Furthermore, the report highlighted a number of areas of concern. Amelia was incredibly helpful in responding to our further queries, and I was also able to speak to - at great length - one of KWDs senior structural surveyors for further guidance, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Based on the quality of their work, after service and very reasonable pricing, we would most definitely use KWD again, and would highly recommend.

We have used many surveyors in the past, I have found Amelia to be highly knowledgable in her field. Her reports are very in-depth and detailed which have guided me a great deal in my purchases. I highly recommend Amelia to anyone looking to undertake structural surveys. I have used Amelia a number of times now, she has a great deal of experience. I also like the after service, she is very approachable was able to discuss the reports with her afterwards. The reports have always been delivered on time.

Amelia was so helpful. As well as compiling a detailed structural survey covering everything we needed to know, she also took the time to talk through the key issues with me on the phone, which was great for context.
