This extremely professional, friendly and accommodating specialist firm undertook our a large loft conversion complete with juliet balcony, ensuite bathroom and dressing room. The work included lowering the ceilings of our cottage, as well as providing a new heating system, reconfiguration of downstairs rooms and a new kitchen. We cannot rate them highly enough, from their architect Chris, to project manager Nik, carpenter Chris, electrician Simon, in fact the whole of Steves team. They were all reliable, high quality and exceptionally tidy. Their patience for while youre here could you just was admirable and all done in such a positive way. Without hesitation we would highly recommend. Thank you to you all, our cottage looks amazing.

Couple of months since the visit for a quote on December 2021 and now it's March 2022. They never called back or email me the quote, I called them couple of times asking for a quote and said they will 'call you back', code for i'm never calling you back. Gave them the last call, asking them to say 'No' or a 'Yes', but they never did, making excuses. Don't bother with them. I don't know how they make a business in this loft industry.

Don't bother! They will never call you back. Never return your emails. Never be interested in your project. I would say waste your time as well but that would involve them communicating somehow. I really do not know how these people make a living. I was told they were awful customer care but thought I'd give them a go, oh dear.
