        A great club run by a very knowledgeable instructor who makes the classes fun, relevent and challenging. Would recommend to anyone wishing to gain confidence, improve fitness and learn self defense and life skills

        Quite a large, friendly club with lots of members. Plenty of black belts to help with patterns and answer questions. People are encouaged to grade when they are ready. The instructor is friendly and can demonstrate and explain techniques well.

        A club with a great history having been the training ground for scores of world champions. I find it a fun, challenging and social. This isnt supposed to be easy but if you put the effort in you'll certainly see the rewards. Give it a go!!
