Copart - Used and Salvage Car Auctions Sandwich

Worst customer service I have ever received. Won a lot online with no damages or anything and I went to pick the car personally, they damaged the windshield as well as the infotainment screen. After waiting for 4 continuous hours to speak with the yard manager, when he showed up he was like I got my tooth filled and my cheek is swollen thats why I wasnt coming out! I was told that we cannot do anything about it, the only thing we can do it to relist the lot and charge you 10% of it. I bought the car with no damages and I wanted what I won not a car with a list of damages. Made a complaint online and they were all disgraces on the face of earth!

Nice experience here. I use to buy cars from them and found a nice staff when I needed something. Will use them again.

Taking more than 3 weeks on delivering a car and shouldnt be allowed to sell the car if they cant even deliver it. I feel like there trynna hide something as they might have damaged my car. Wont recommend to buy cars from copart.

To be honest, I didn't even want to give this one star. Absolutely disgraceful company who have brought on serious mental health difficulties. Car had things missing from it also
