Very poor customer service, I waited 8 weeks for a quote to dig a small trial hole and was charged 450 for a mornings labour, then 180 for a second hole (very inconsistent!). Finally made me wait 6 weeks for a quote on structural works, telling me throughout they wanted the work and would provide a quote only to say after almost 2 months waiting they did not have the time to do the work. All told I have lost 4 months of building time on a property SIS knew I was desperate get finished and move back into following flooding. Very disappointing AVOID.

SIS Construction undertook an insurance repair where a family member had put his foot through the ceiling. The insurance company did not believe that it was possible to patch the artex ceiling - not so, said SIS, we have an expert. They were right. A very neat patch was placed in the ceiling and firmly fixed in place and plastered. After drying, the area was given artex treatment to match the remainder of the ceiling pattern. The whole ceiling was painted and you would never know there had been a problem. The quoted cost was significantly lower than that the insurance company would have been able to obtain. The guys that undertook the work were efficient and effective; they left everything neat and tidy - in fact you would never know any work had been done. They arrived when they said they would. Cannot commend SIS too highly and would certainly use them again, not just for small tasks!
