    WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE !!! Very poor cars very poor service the warranty means next to nothing and if you try to resolve a fault with your car ( which you will probably have one ) you will be very lucky to get an answer as the owner Paul Cullen cowardly hides behind his phone and avoids your calls if he actually does call you back you'll be given a routine statement of its an old car with high miles ! Never says that while taking your cash though ! Bad experience and nearly 4000 out of pocket and a car that's a money pit and has safety issues and the company owner that has folded this company and disappeared. Be warned!!

    I've never known a buying experience like it. Arranged to have a car delivered to us on Saturday morning. Agreed that the MOT and service would both be done for the car and that it was clean with no marks to tell me of. Saturday morning comes, no sign of Paul. I call Paul's landline and mobile 4 times each. On the final time Paul picks up his mobile and says that he wasn't in the showroom and that he would call back in 10 minutes. 30 mins go by and still not heard from Paul. I get a text later that day saying that he had a personal issue that needed sorting and apologized. We re-organize for Monday morning at 8am. I wake up, get up and ready to see a car. Receive an email from Paul to say he isn't coming over because the MOT hasn't been done. We agreed that the MOT would have been done on Friday and I had been promised on Saturday and Sunday that the car was ready to go. We re-organize for Tuesday (today) morning, 8am again. Paul arrives and drops me a text to say he is outside, great. I come out and the car has got a scratch on every single panel. The main one is a massive scrape that goes across the middle of the bonnet. Something that is at least 1 meter wide and about 10cm deep. Something you're not going to miss. This inside was valeted but it had a thick red residue all along the roof lining (looked like blood but no idea what it was). When touched it would smudge. Again, these weren't the only scratches/marks on the car but two of the most noticeable. I ask Paul why the car is in such a state and why he didn't tell me about it. His response was that I'm not buying a 15k brand new car. That was the end of the conversation with Paul. For reference, this was while talking about the 14 plate VW Polo currently advertised. I've never known a salesman (especially one that owns his own business) to seem to have so little care. This is my first and only encounter with Paul so cannot comment on any other experiences and other may have a better experience than me. I've come away very very disappointed and unwilling to buy from Cullens.

    Vehicle advertised as having a full service history, which it did not have. As soon as I questioned this I was told "Well this car's not for you"...terrible attitude and false advertising. Would not recommend.

It gave us a lot of confidence to see all the maintenance invoices carried out at the Honda dealer and the service reports, MOT. The seller patiently answered any questions we had and always trusted us, both when giving us the car keys to test drive it and when delivering the vehicle. He attended us both by phone call, SMS and email. After a few days of use I began to hear a noise at low speed, the mechanic determined that the caliper on the left front wheel had to be changed. Paul agreed to pay for the repair so I had it fixed and after changing the caliper the car runs better and noiseless. The battery stopped working and I had to buy one. I spent several months waiting for the bill to be paid and every time I called him he told me that he would pay it tomorrow. Finally after a few months he recognized that he had to pay the bills for the caliper and the battery as he said. Paul accedi a pagar la reparacin, as que mand arreglarlo y despus de cambiar el caliper el coche funciona mejor y sin ruidos. La batera dej de funcionar y tuve que comprar una. Estuve varios meses esperando el pago de la factura y cada vez que lo llamaba me deca que maana lo pagara. Finalmente al cabo de unos meses reconoci que deba pagar las facturas del caliper y la batera como dijo.
