OneStop Glazing

We did not have experience of replacing windows previously, so we originally went with one of the big nationals for the first round of window replacement (double glazed). However, we were not happy with the quality of workmanship, the attitude nor the customer service. Hence we decided to look locally for the remaining window and back door replacement. We decided on OneStop Glazing and have not been disappointed. Peter is "old school" with years of experience and knowledge. He is meticulous about every aspect of the job - he even returned (after he'd originally measured up and we had agreed his quote) to make sure his previous measurements were spot on. He kept in timely contact regards when he'd receive delivery of the windows and when he'd be able to fit them (obviously important in order to fit our own schedules around). He explained exactly what he was doing and which window (and door) was being done when and so it was indeed done. His attention to detail means the finish is excellent (and an unfortunate contrast to some of the windows we'd already had done!). He never stopped for lunch and cleared and removed all the old windows and detritus. We feel we were in a safe pair of hands and in the unlikely event of any issues we know he'll be round to sort out immediately. We wish we'd found Peter earlier. Peter from OneStop Glazing was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from our initial enquiry all the way through to the final installation of our new front door. He would provide regular updates regarding the order process and his craftsmanship and attention to detail during the installation phase was second to none. Peter and Ray completed fitting 4 new windows, quickly, timely, and with no mess the whole time they were in the house, they were both courteous and helpful in explaining and answering any questions we had. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to have new windows fitted, or even if you just needed some repair work to windows or doors, as Peter is very knowledgeable in all aspects of replacement windows and doors. Peter was excellent and we definitely made the right choice in choosing him (and OneStop Glazing) for our windows and doors. The work done was very professional, and it was clear Peter made every effort to make sure everything was done right and no corners were cut. Communication was also excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the finished result - no drafts whatsoever, everything works perfectly, and all windows and doors have been fitted very well.
