I was searching the web for fresh quail meat around 6 weeks ago and Norfolk Quail Company presented very well through a wonderfully consumer friendly website. I was in awe initially of the range of quail meat products on offer and very informative supporting recipes and and recommendations on preparation of dishes etc .....I opted to then place my first order for the Quail breast meat with a couple of additional questions and sent an email through which was answered very promptly by Claire the office Manager. Following payment processes the delivery was with me the following day , superbly packed and still as frozen as it had left the company in handy 1kg packs. The meat content when defrosted was a revelation and a joy to behold ...no waste and completely deboned.......it was also batch coded and oozed integrity in its preparation and packaging.I have since placed 4 more orders with great confidence and will continue to support this uniquely different enterprise without hesitation. A real family style service with superb product. Bravo Claire and The Norfolk Quail Company.

Let me start by saying that the manager at Norfolk Quails named Clair is a star. My box of Quails and eggs got lost and Clair did not stop until I received my order, her costumer service is on point and her Quails and their eggs are super delicious... I just wish I could have given you more stars Clair. Excellent service. Keep it up!!

I have been buying from Norfolk Quail for many years. The product is excellent - very tasty, enjoyable to cook and real treat. The service is prompt and excellent. There will be Norfol Quail on the menu again this weekend.
