        Ordered and paid for a part for our lawnmower 12 months ago and still waiting called a number of times and every time promised a call back and never received one.

        Has this firm ceased trading? They cancelled at short notice an appointment for my mower service 3 weeks ago. Another appointment made for today but they have not arrived to collect the mower. No response to emails, website seems to have crashed and phone number will not accept calls. Will not be using them again for service or sales

        Fantastic service from Harland garden machinery today. They were short staffed but still managed out delivery of compost. Natalie dug in and helped to lift the compost and was very helpful and friendly during the whole time. Thanks for the great service.
