John Allen did a building survey for us recently on a residential property in Beverley. The quote was good, the work performed as quickly as could be arranged and the report provided on time. The report was detailed with many photographs to support observations. Subsequent discussion was helpful and pragmatic. I found John to be very knowledgeable and professional, and I would definitely recommend him.

Since purchasing my house I have discovered extensive woodworm in a the wooden floor, that was visible during the full structural survey, carried out by AWP consulting. Despite revisiting my property and apologizing for missing the woodworm and asking me if a wanted to settle this by returning his fee for the survey. I refused this as my floors and joists need replacing, he stated he would contact his insurance on the next working day. He is now denying liability and has not contacted his insurance. Would not recommend this company ever.
