        Was very happy with the initial job from these guys, and when a cassette failed, they came out and replaced it. However over the last year we are getting big cracks in the sealant around the new windows, where silicon foam was used to make air tight. Obviously this means the heat loss is happening. When I rang them, they say this is expected behaviour and since it's outside the warranty period they won't fix. Won't use them again, if they see this as a five year solution. Services: Vinyl window installation & replacement, General door installation
