Serenity Touch

1. Yesterday I attended Hayley's Spiritually Balanced and Aligned Workshop. Our group worked well together throughout meditation, a cacao ceremony, oracle card readings, chakra chants, drum session, crystal grid and intention prayer stick crafting. We experienced healing, and energy shifts in a safe non-judgemental environment. Well done Hayley. 2. Hayley guided me through my Reiki Levels 1 and 2, with thoughtful professionalism. I was uncertain about what to expect and the outcomes of each day but Hayley's tutoring was thorough and clear. I now use Reiki for myself to find a sense of calm and take time for me each day. I would highly recommend Hayley for her expertise.

I recently attended a Crystal and Charkra workshop run by Hayley. I have been to several other workshops before and have always enjoyed them. Hayley is incredibily professional, friendly and understanding. No question is a bad one. Everyone is made to feel so welcome and you leave the group feeling relaxed and re-energised. I always learn alot about myself at the workshops and make them a must as part of my wellbeing journey. Thank you Hayley.

I recently attended the crystals and chakra workshop which was absolutely amazing! Hayley created a beautiful, calm and inviting environment to learn. Hayleys wisdom of crystals was extensive and I have taken so much knowledge and inspiration away with me. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who is interested and attracted to crystals.

I went to a special gong sound bath session with Hayley of Serenity Touch in Great Moulton. It was held in her wonderful garden with great overhanging trees. We were gifted with good weather too! We laid out around the Gong bath area with its many instruments and were invited to seek peace within ourselves and listen to the sounds from these many ancient earthly sound creators that go back thousands of years. Hayley brings a talented professional musicians ear to the experience with expert seamless transitions between different melodies and no sudden jarring between themes. In your mind there may, at one time, be the sound of pebbles being washed up on a seashore, and then smoothly transitioning next to a powerful resonating sine wave rumble from the lower register gongs. The sounds move around you too!! You have to concentrate and really immerse yourself in how this makes you feel internally. I found myself floating away on various internal thoughts - but you have to be careful and clear your head of your common daily ones otherwise you fail to pick up on the new ones being created around you. A wonderful experience, well worth getting involved and will look out eagerly for future sessions. Great work, Hayley
