FGD SERVICES (SOUTHERN) LTD

Used FGD services to block pave our drive way. Seemed like a good bunch of lads and they were very helpful and professional. However, after the job was completed we noticed that some of the paving, the steps up to the porch, were loose. Over the next couple of weeks leading into months we contacted FGD services to come and fix the problem. They did pop around once, while we were out, used some sort of concrete glue on one of the steps that 1) looked terrible and 2) didn't work and 3) it was one out of the 4 or 5 loose steps. We then informed them of this, multiple times and got nothing back. We still have loose steps leading to our front door which need to be re pointed. Other than that it was a really good job. I received a quote from FGD for a new section on my driveway which I accepted mainly because they seemed professional and had good reviews. I was given a start date by both Simon and Ben, on the given start day no workers arrived from FGD. For the past two weeks I have tried contacting them by both email and telephone without success. Beware this company is either not trading any longer or are completely unprofessional..
