Very Disappointed. I booked a in stock vehicle and they advice 3 - 4 weeks delivery time but now nobody knows when the car might come . Very bad coordination and timeline. beware

These guys were top notch. We had a lease on a VW IDR3. The car broke down after about 150 miles and VW dealer was unable to repair it satisfactorily. However, drive electric arranged a rental car and even helped with returning the car to the dealer. Wonderful customer service and communication. We have taken another a lease on another car from them. Price was very fair and competitive. Highly recommended company. Thanks Jordan!

Could not have chosen a better firm to source and fund our first electric car. All the team at drive electric are superb. A great price, a great service, and a fabulous Kia E Niro, now sitting on the drive. Highly recommended.

Had some hiccups initially with conflicting information but Jordan from Drive Electric reached out to me, clarified everything and called me pretty much every day to provide an update. Jordan clearly knew the whole process extremely well and went above and beyond to ensure the car was delivered even earlier than we desired. Jordan was able to provide me with transparent and honest information every single time I had a query. I was left feeling so cared for and impressed. I have ordered a car from a number of organisations and this has easily been the best experience. Drive Electric just needs to make sure everyone feels the same way from the start - if you have any issues, do reach out to them and they will be willing to listen and help. I will be recommending to others going forward.
