My daughter who was diagnosed with ADHD and auditory processing issues has been on Jos program for around 4 months now and she really is a changed child. Her confidence has grown and her anxiety over sleep and school have really reduced. Jo has a wonderful mix of being a highly knowledgable professional in her field with a wonderfully caring manner. My daughter and I felt immediately comfortable and cared for by Jo. Im shocked that not enough people know about this therapy! Im very excited to see what we achieve in the next few months. Thank you Jo, Im so fortunate to have found you and you are such an amazing support to me.

My son has been seeing Jo for over a year since the age of 8. We have seen a huge transformation across various areas, fewer emotional outbreaks, improved conversations with adults, nail biting has stopped, fear of heights has gone and writing and spellings have improved to name but a few. The fact his confidence has grown and he is much more social is amazing and we will continue on the journey with Jo and I highly recommend Jo to parents and friends.

I was introduced to Jo Rodhouse 15 moths ago. I have three children with various challenges including slow processing speed, anxiety, focus and concentration, social communications . I was intrigued to learn more about retailed reflexes and how they might affect child development .Jo came highly recommended as an experienced professional in this area. Joe is a very kind, calm, warm , sympathetic and professional person. She assessed the childrens retained reflexes and we embarked on a program using brushing techniques . Over the 15 months period of daily brushing the children have become more mature, grown up and better at dealing with their emotions. My younger son is more confident and willing to join his peers on the playground as he is able to follow the games they are playing, which can often change very quickly and require speedy reactions. Due to Covid restrictions we had most of our sessions online, which worked very well. Earlier this year we had some sessions in person at Jos clinic. I highly recommend Jo to anyone who is looking for holistic and natural ways to support their children in their development.

We started working with Jo a little over a year ago as my son was experiencing overwhelm, general anxiety and separation anxiety as well as sleep disturbances. I work as a doula and following discussion with other birth workers I wondered if my son may have retained primitive reflexes and Jo was recommended to me by another doula. The change in my son since we started our work has been incredible. His confidence is growing, he's finding going to school easier, he's less anxious about the world around him and his sleep is improving. My son also enjoys going to see Jo. She has a very calm manner and the space where she works is calm. Jo also interacts with him wonderfully, regularly checking in with him so he feels included in discussion about his progress and his feelings so he feels included rather than NDT is something be done to him. Our journey with Jo is still ongoing and I will update this review once we have finished working with Jo.

I started seeing Jo with my then 4 year-old in Spring this year as we had developmental concerns that didn't fit into a recognised diagnosis. We were pretty sure she didn't have ASD or ADHD but she had very poor fine motor skills, delayed speech and a very volatile temper, with no obvious explanation. She was struggling in reception and behind her peers, it looked like we would have to repeat the year. Jo gave us comprehensible explanations as to what was going on. When she tested my daughter it became clear that, although she was trying so hard, she was battling against a high level of retained reflexes. The brushing programmes are easy to follow and simple to implement. We have noticed many marked differences. After about 3 months, her reception teacher turned round and said she couldn't believe the sudden progression she was making: ' Whatever you're doing, keep doing it!' We have seen improvements in speech, motor skills including pencil grip, reading and she has learned to swim and ride a bike this summer. She moved into year 1 and continued to make massive progress. NDT has undoubtedly contributed to this. We are continuing with the programmes and look forward to seeing where she goes from here! Thank you Jo. Forever grateful.
