Chris Johnson Wedding Photography

We hired Chris for our wedding in Pershore/Evesham on the 22nd of August 2019 after an extensive online search to find the perfect photographer for our big day. We could not be happier with how the photos turned out, they are absolutely superb and capture our day magically - it's been rather tough whittling the images down to print. Ceremony, posed wedding party images, bride & groom shots, speeches, reception and dance - Chris nailed every set-up. He was attentive, diligent and never missed a beat. His trademark style and earthy tones present our wedding like a cinematic journey and we will treasure the photos for the rest of our lives. Thank you Chris from James & Emily McCully!

Chris is first and foremost an experienced and talented photographer. When we booked him to shoot our wedding he was responsive and really easy to work with. The pre-wedding shoot was brilliant, he took our idea of an outdoor setting and made a really personal and individual set of photos for us. During the pre-wedding meeting/ photoshoot we had a chance to discuss at length the wedding and what to expect which really put us at ease. On our wedding day, Chris took was everywhere! He came to photograph the bridge getting ready with the bridesmaids, went to the venue to get some shots of the decorations before everyone arrived and was at the church while everyone arrived. The photos of the ceremony were beautiful- but hos presence was completely unobtrusive. After the wedding he too photos of us as man and wife but I was most impressed by the way he captured some lovely candid shots of our family and friends which were crisp and beautiful even though the lighting at the venue was quite low. The real testament is that we have had the photos printed out many many times. We have large prints on our walls and photo books, but also we have given out prints and books to friends and family who absolutely love the creative and honest record of our wedding day. Chris worked closely with us to capture our Wedding Day. He was so thoughtful, professional and calm throughout. He worked tirelessly to put us at ease and to create brilliant images for us to look back on and share with others as as the years have rolled on. He took time to get to know us and ensure there were no awkward moments. He captured moments we might have missed and helped create a lasting set of images to relive our day time and time again.
