        My friend got a taxi back from Malvern to Worcester at about 10:15pm, the taxi driver pulled over near powick and was demanding she pay 40 there and then and was very threatening. Made her feel sacred and intimidated. Won't be using this service again.

        Excellent service! When GWR took our train out of service at Great Malvern station last Friday with no information about when the next service to Hereford might be Moncy and G&G cabs came to the rescue! He was with us promptly, kept us informed when the traffic delayed the pick-up slightly and, when he heard that Hay on Wye was our ultimate destination, took us all the way there. Smooth ride, reasonable price and a friendly, reassuring experience all round. I would use G&G again if we visit the area again and would recommend them unreservedly. Service: Limousines
