        We have finally left Osprey. Don't be fooled by their promises of great software. Its slow, its cumbersome, the support is next to useless. The software is overtly complicated and for a change or any extra support you are charged a fee. They really are bad please use another provider.

        Excellent software. Completely web based so can be accessed from anywhere. The accounts side is solid, comprehensive and the reporting aspect is very clear.

        We are a law firm established 27 years ago.We are customers of this product for 2 years so far. We invested in this soft ware and have found it to be USELESS - it is complicated and very difficult for our lawyers to use. Our team have invested much of their valuable time and we still find it is not fit for purpose. We have asked Craig Matthews to resolve our concerns many times and all he is interested in is taking the direct debit out of our account on a monthly basis. We have asked for a simple reduction in the number of licences they have over sold us as we are unable to use the software across the firm,as they are not fit to be used, and only bill us for the number of licences we can use. You would have thought in these difficult financial times he would have some integrity that he or Pracctice LTD have shown. I would strongly advice any law firm to look elsewhere and give their hard earned money to another software company and not have the bad experience we are suffering in making the wrong choice of software provider. Pracctice/Osprey have wasted of our money and valuable time- to no good result.
