        Main shop staff lovely.......post office staff could be more helpful. I did a return and filled in all relevant sections only for the lady behind the counter to cross it all through with no explanation. Just feel they could at least explain. Parcel never did get to company.Not a great experience. This is not a false review.

        If I could give zero stars I would. We have no end of difficulty with posting items at this post office over the years. In the latest incident a young member of my staff was treated very rudely and our post declined. The staff here are often rude and ignorant of the rules set by the Post Office. There is an excellent sub post office just a little further on the Pickersleigh Road, so I would recommend that you forget setting foot in through the door here and venture there instead.
